Cake Pops

Some weeks ago, I saw these cake pop tins shown in one of the morning papers...hopped on the internet whilst driving down to melbourne, and ordered the tin, or tins as it turned out ...

They come complete with the plastic, reusable sticks. You put the cake mix in the bottom tin, pop on the lid, cook the required amount of time, deocrate as you wish, and this is the delicious result.

I believe the tins are now available in Big W, and Spotlight if you would like to try them.   We found that covering them in melted chocolate was more successful than covering them with icing.
